Charcoal Self Portrait
A large-scale piece I created in the early years of college, this piece was primarily made using charcoal which at the time was a drawing style I wasn't familiar with. The hat was made using colored pencil.
Minaj/Cyrus Face Portrait
During my drawing class in freshman year of college, I did a project consisting of several facial portraits of famous celebrities, only I added a twist to it. I thought that simple celebrity portraits wouldn't make for an interesting project, so I decided to make a half portrait, and put a 2nd half right next to the first one. The celebrities featured together would also have some form of common trait the two process.
Iglesias/MacFarline Portrait
This piece was my favorite of the 10 portrait pieces I made for the celebrity portrait project. This piece feature two comedians (Gabriel Iglesias and Seth MacFarline) with various ways or entertaining their audiences. This piece is a favorite of mine because of the detail I put into Gabriel's Hawaiian shirt with the flowers and that Seth Macfarlines work over the years was a reat inspiration for me when it came to video making and voice overs.
Marker Drawings
These are a series of sketches I made of various pop culture characters using pencil. I later traced and colored the lines with marker. I made these as a hobby back when I was in college. They also say a funny/clever food-related line since these were put up in the upper commons cafeteria of the University.
I posted these drawings at the Upper Commons cafeteria and have been there ever since. I've also been getting praise from the other students for my work.
